First and foremost, all the glory goes to God. He is the one guiding the course of my life, and everything I am or have achieved is a testament to His unwavering love, grace, and mercy. When I stopped seeking the world's approval, Jesus Christ stepped in and reminded me that I was already enough in His eyes. Ephesians 2:10 beautifully captures this truth: "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." My life hasn’t been without setbacks, disappointments, and moments of uncertainty. However, allowing Jesus to renew my mind has transformed the way I navigate it all. Whether facing rejection, injustice, or even successes beyond what I ever imagined, His presence has redefined my perspective and given me strength to move forward with purpose and peace.

I have ended up in this wonderful role because I’ve always been someone who loves helping people—it’s just who I am. Whether it was as a Licensed Practical Nurse, county caseworker, AmeriCorps alum, mental health therapist, or coach, I’ve always had a passion for supporting others. I really connect with people who are looking to make changes in their lives because I get what it’s like to want something more, a purpose-driven life, but not have the right tools to get there. Many people see who I am now, but not everyone knows the journey it took to become this version of me. My spiritual, educational, professional, and personal experiences have all come together to help me guide others into becoming the best version of themselves.

When I’m not busy helping others, you’ll probably find me listening to music, writing in my journal, or relaxing in nature. I absolutely love recharging by being near water, wandering through gorgeous gardens, or taking in that crisp mountain air. These are the moments that help me reset and really appreciate life. I have learned to find balance in my life by loving, nurturing, and taking care of myself so that I can be in the best position to help others.
